The Magical Mystery Experience, Glastonbury, UK

Weekend Seminar, 4 Sep 2009 - 6 Sep 2009

What's going to happen?

Tim creates a relaxed yet focused environment in which to explore the mysteries of life and death in a profound yet entertaining way, leading to an individual and collective awakening to the ‘Magical Mystery Experience’.

PHILOSOPHY: Tim will share his groundbreaking philosophy of ‘lucid living’ to help you become conscious of your essential nature which is one with all and to fully engage with the personal adventure of your unique life. Throughout the weekend there will be the opportunity to ask questions and converse with Tim, both during sessions and privately during breaks.

PRACTICE: You will be taught a simple but powerful ‘mystery of the moment’ meditation method, which will allow you to become ‘deep awake’. He will also guide you through a number of ‘connecting I to I’ techniques which use our everyday experience of seeing hearing and feeling to allow us to become conscious of shared essential nature and communion with others.

COMMUNITY: These weekends attract amazing men and women of all ages and backgrounds. There is usually a mix of people coming for the first time and others who have attended previous events, returning to go deeper into the magical mystery experience. A profound sense of community quickly develops, offering a wonderful opportunity to make new friends and share meaningful conversations with fellow explorers of the mystery of life.

MAGICAL MYSTERY CEREMONY: After sunset on the Saturday night we will create beautiful space, full of sparkling candles and heart-opening music, in which to enjoy a special evening. How Long Is Now?, Dublin, Ireland

Book Launch, 4 Oct 2009

HOW LONG IS NOW?

I’m paying attention to the moment looking for clues, but it seems an impossible question to answer.

HOW LONG IS NOW?

If I look at it one way it’s obvious that ‘now’ is an instant so short I can’t measure it. It’s gone before I’ve had time to register it.

HOW LONG IS NOW?

But if I look at it another way it’s always now. Now is forever. The present is timeless.

Deeper Awake, Devon, UK

Easter Residential Retreat, 2 Apr 2010 - 4 Apr 2010

What's going to happen?

In the spring of last year a group of explorers of consciousness spent a weekend together in Devon and something extraordinary happened. All of us dived so deeply into the wonder of oneness and the bliss of big love, it is simply beyond words to describe.

Following this I initiated the ‘MAGICAL MYSTERY EXPERIENCE’ retreats, which have taken the way of awakening that I am sharing to a whole new level. Having now run a number of these events in the UK and USA, it seems that every participant has a profoundly life-transforming experience. I am constantly astonished how easily people can wake up to the reality of living lucidly and know how wonderful it feels to connect in big love.

Now I want to gather in Devon again with an intimate gathering of 20 people who are familiar with the deep awake state and are ready to dive into the ocean of big love. This new ‘DEEPER AWAKE’ retreat is to those who have already completed at least one weekend retreat with me. It will be an experiential intensive, in which I will explore new ways to help us both wake up to oneness and passionately engage our life story by authentically expressing our unique individuality.

The time may be coming when others will have the opportunity to help me share the experience of awakening, by assisting me on ‘MAGICAL MYSTERY EXPERIENCE’ retreats, offering introductory talks on lucid living, running local lucid living groups, or even presenting lucid living day seminars. So at the end of the retreat there will be a meeting for all those specifically interested in learning how to share lucid living with others. I feel this will plant the seed of a new phase of this adventure we are on, in which I will joined by many other ‘Ambassadors for Oneness’, who are introducing people to the possibility of living lucidly in love.

When: 2 Apr 2010 - 4 Apr 2010, 6.00pm dinner GOOD FRIDAY APRIL 2nd to 3pm on SUNDAY EASTER SUNDAY APRIL 4th 2010. There will then be an optional meeting on being an ‘Ambassador for Oneness’ from 3.30pm to 4.45pm.

The Experience of Mystery as a Doorway to Awakening, Wiltshire, UK

A Talk at The Summer Crop Circle Lectures, 31 Jul 2010

What's going to happen?

Mysterious phenomena such as the crop circles reconnect us with a sense of wonder and the primal mystery of life itself. The most obvious thing about our predicament is that no one knows what life is. Yet we overlook this enormous ‘elephant in the room’ everyday. As a philosopher I have an unquenchable enthusiasm for diving into the Great Mystery. And I want to share with you the ‘deep awake’ state of consciousness that naturally begins to arise when we choose to acknowledged that all our ideas are no more than … well … ‘ideas’. When we see this we start to become conscious of what that the Zen masters call ‘Isness’ – the reality that exists before our ideas about everything. Paradoxically, as the great philosopher Socrates taught, not-knowing is the way to ‘gnosis’ or true ‘knowledge of what-is’. The secret to conscious awakening could not be simpler. It is recognising we don’t actually have a clue about what is really going on! As the Taoist sage Loa Tzu said ‘The mystery is the doorway’.
